In the spring of 2012, Deneeta Pope married Michael Thompson in a fairytale wedding in Tuscany, Italy. The intimate ceremony, which was attended by 36 close family and friends, exceeded the couple’s expectation on every level. Because both Deneeta and Michael love traveling and have adoration for Italy (Deneeta has been there 8 times and her husband is fluent in Italian and lived there for a year), the wedding destination was a perfect choice. However, it wasn’t the couple’s first trip abroad. Furthermore, they became engaged while on a trip to Paris. Though life has settled back down, Deneeta Pope will always have fond memories of Italy.
